Refund policy

At Comic Bros, we take pride in carefully packing and shipping every order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A refund or store credit

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund once the item is returned.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the collectible nature of comic books, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or read comics

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Pre-order items once they have shipped

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections common in comic printing

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed immediately on our end. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
